What to do with to ripe fruit


When you have fruit that is starting to get a little more than ripe.  Too ripe to eat, but not enough to be considered rotten fruit.  Just pop the fruit (peeled) in a container and keep it in the freezer.  When you have a cup or more of fruit, thaw it slightly.    Then put it in a blender with whatever else you would like to add to it,  yogurt, bran, flax seed, coconut oil, aloe vera juice...whatever.  This saves money and makes a great smoothie.  It is cold and icy.
