For one person try slow cooking one roast and make shredded beef first then the next day either french dip sandwiches or barbecue by adding the already shredded meat to the slow cooker with the apropriate seasoning for a couple hours. if enough is made you can seperat into three days and try all three recipes.Note that the french dip would be made with shredded beef instead of sliced this way.
