French Dip Sandwiches
3-5 LB. boneless beef roast
2 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix
2 C. water
Place roast in slow cooker. sprinkle one pkg. gravy mix over top. pour water around sides of meat. cook on low 10-12 hours or until meal is very tender. Remove roast from slow cokker and allow to cool 10 minutes. Add remaining gray mix to drippings. stir until well blended cook on high 30 min. using electric knife slice meat into very thin slices. layer beff slices on buns and serve with individual cups of au jus gravy. dip sandwich into gravy to eat.
