Shredded beef sandwiches.
3-5 lb. boneless beef roast
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 onion chopped
1 tsp sea salt and fresh ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder or dryed minced
1/2 C. water
Place roast in slow cooker rub on bouillon. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 10-12 hours or until meat is fork-tender. Using two forks, shred meat. Serve on hoagie buns.
