Barbecue beef sandwiches
 
3-5 lb boneless beef roast
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 onion chopped
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 C brown sugar
1- 1/2 C ketchup
3 tbsp. mustard
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
 
place roast in slow cooker rub with bouillon pour 1/2 c water around sides cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is fork tender. during last 2 hours cooking time add remaiing ingredients. using two forks shread meat. serve on hard rolls or hogai buns.
