chicken Enchiladas


Chicken Enchiladas
pour one can enchiladas sauce with alittle water into bottom of a crockpot. add about three chicken breasts, add beans,corn green chilies to taste. cook on low for up to six hours and at least five. shredd chicken mix with sauce and roll into shells, put in a 13x9 baking dish and top with shredded cheese, put in oven at 350F till cheese melts.
serve with sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, and gucamole as optonal toppings.
