Chicken and Stuffing
4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package chicken stuffing mix
3/4 c water
3/4 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
put chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker, pour dry stuffing mix over it. in a medium bowl mix soup mix and sour cream together. pour water over stuffing mix, pour soup and sour cream mix over stuffing and smooth out. cook on low for 7 hours. serve with a veggie.
